Service Description

Join us for an online video consultation, lasting up to one hour, where we’ll thoroughly discuss your case, explore your options in detail, and answer any questions you may have. Should the consultation exceed one hour, additional time will be charged in 15-minute increments at $50 plus GST per increment. For example, a session lasting 1 hour and 25 minutes would be billed at $300 plus GST.

Cancellation Policy

Consultations can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 Hours before start time. If consultations are rescheduled less than 48 hours before start time, a rebooking fee of $100 plus GST for 1 hour consultations and $50 plus GST for 30 minute consultations applies. If the client does not contact us to reschedule before the start time of the consultation, the total amount of the consultation fee is forfeit. We do not offer refunds in the event of cancellation. For initial calls, we will call once at the appointed time, if no one answers we won't be able to call again.
